By purchasing this tutorial you agree you will not create and/or sell or distribute a similar video, whether for free or profit ever. Only ONE person is allowed to watch the course, sharing the masterclass with anyone else is a violation of the terms. If any unusual or suspicious IP address activity is discovered, your access to the account may be terminated. Only the person purchasing the masterclasses is allowed to access them at any time.
By purchasing either Standard or Commercial Licence for the masterclass you agree not to recreate copies of designs originally created by Anna Triant Couture (neither for sale, nor for personal use).
You may not share any of the provided files, or recreate this video masterclass in any way. By purchasing these masterclasses you agree to not create and/or sell a similar instructional video, whether for free or profit, for a minimum period of three years from your date of purchase.
This single license is between the individual purchaser and Anna Triant Couture. It cannot be transferred or shared. By purchasing this license you agree to the following terms:
Standard License: This license allows you to make dresses for personal use only. It does not permit you to make dresses and sell them for profit. If you are a photographer making dresses for your client closet, a standard license will suffice. If at any point you decide to sell a dress based on the education including, but not limited to, patterns and instructions provided in the Anna Triant School of Couture masterclass, you must purchase an upgrade to a commercial license.
Commercial License: This license allows you to make and sell dresses using the education from Anna Triant School of Couture for profit (“ATC”). Please be advised, design patent law prevents you from reproducing exact dress designs. As such, you agree when you purchase a commercial license you will not replicate or reproduce Anna Triant Couture dress designs. This does not prohibit you from purchasing the same or similar fabrics, but does prohibit you from using the same cut and design as ATC.
Branding: You are welcome to credit your source of learning to Anna Triant School of Couture, but you cannot use Anna Triant Couture or its branding to promote the sale of your products/dresses.
Refund Policy: Anna Triant will not offer refunds for our courses due to the sensitive material that is available upon purchase.
